Jen Walsh

Director of Operations

Jen is the director of operations, overseeing all aspects of GM Holdings. Prior to joining GM, she worked as Business Manager of a property management group in the Temple University area. Jen utilizes 18 years of management experience and an extensive network of landlords, investors, and tenants to improve operational efficiency. Jen is responsible for onboarding new clients, leveraging cash flows, and providing top notch customer service. A Philadelphia native, Jen is a true hometown fan of all things Eagles, Sixers, Phillies, and Flyers. When she isn’t working, Jen loves spending time with her five amazing children. Her long-term goal is to develop GM Holdings LLC into a Fortune 500 company.

Property Manager

Brien is new to the GM Holdings team. As Property Manager, he is responsible for dealing with prospective tenants, current residents and handling maintenance requests. He brings a positive attitude and excellent customer support skills to our team. A family man at heart, Brien is always looking for ways to make you a part of our family here at GM Holdings. Outside of work, Brien loves to spend time with family. You can typically find them hiking the trails, relaxing at the beach, and enjoying all the great outdoor activities this area has to offer.

Property Management Assistant

Dianelisse has been a part of the GM Holdings team since February of 2017. She is responsible for tenant relations and property management duties. Dianelisse has her roots here, as she was born and raised in Philadelphia. She enjoys watching Ted Talks, learning random facts in her spare time, and set a goal for herself to learn at least five languages.

Assistant Property Manager

Connor, living in and loving all that Philadelphia has to offer, is hoping to make his mark in the world, starting in The City of Brotherly Love. He is currently working on his degree in Finance from Temple University. In his second real estate position in two and a half years, Connor previously managed everything from accounts payables to marketing and social media. Connor’s goal is to learn as much as he can about the industry and eventually develop the city he truly cherishes. When Connor isn’t at work, you can find him enjoying concerts in the variety of music venues in Philadelphia.
